How to request deletion

You can request deletion of your Souro Samriddhi account and associated personal data through any of the following methods:

• Fill out the request form on this page (below).
• In the mobile app: go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
• Email us directly at support@sourosomriddhi.in from the address registered on your account.

When your account deletion request is processed:

• Deleted permanently: your personal profile (name, contact details, address, uploaded documents/photos) and login credentials.
• Retained for compliance: financial records (payments, invoices, commissions) and solar project/installation records are kept as required by applicable tax, audit, and warranty regulations. This data is retained in a form no longer linked to your login access.
